17 Types of Meditation

5.Preksha Dhyan Meditation: it is based on current scientific principles, teaching to connect the physical world, to the world of the soul.

6. Zen Meditation: it is practiced in a seated position and the postures are stricter, the spine must be completely straight, the chin bent towards the ground, and the eyes open, focusing on the ground. The most experienced meditators place their hands on the belly.

7. Metra Meditation: Based on Tibetan Buddhist teachings, it promotes compassion and kindness above all else, helps stimulate empathy.

8. Chakra Meditation: Helps improve the energy flow of your chakras to improve your physical and mental health.
