It is very difficult to forgive someone who has hurt you.
Sometimes the universe and God want to teach you something from loss, and pain..
Sometimes they hurt you on purpose and they do it with anger, sometimes without wanting to hurt you, but in the end they end up hurting you, only if you allow it yourself, first by not placing limits on yourself towards other people, situations or limits on yourself. .
The secret is to love oneself, and to love oneself very much, to understand that the pain comes from the action or word of another person, but oneself is the one who decides what causes pain or not.
The human being is a powerful being, so powerful that we can heal our own body with our soul; what do I mean, that you are in charge of choosing what thoughts enter your head to cause you pain or make you happy.
Your emotions control everything around you, since from our emotions we generate energies that attract what we feel and think.
So it is essential that we have positive thoughts and emotions, full of love towards our neighbor, and more towards the people who have hurt us, so that the hatred or anger we feel when they hurt us, does not turn into bad energy, disease energy; because everything we feel is reflected in our body.
So, if you are suffering from emotional, spiritual or physical pain, remember that the power to heal comes from the soul, that powerful energy that is transformed through our emotions; and that they can also cause bad karma and good Darhma, that is, when our actions are focused on feelings of disinterest in others, evil, envy, prejudice, etc, these are returned to us in bad karma, but when we act from thoughts of compassion, help others and love these are returned to us in good Darhma..
So as a task, first in order not to make our physical, spiritual or energetic body sick, we must try to maintain positive thoughts to attract more of this.
And the second task is to act and make our decisions based on love to generate good Darhma in your life.
There are 3 ways to forgive, the first, to forgive and give yourself a new opportunity because you are worth trying again; the second, to forgive and have you in my life because it's my turn, whether it's because of the situation you have, children, business, family, etc.. and the third, to forgive but not have you in my life, for my physical, mental and spiritual well-being ..
3 ways to let go of your emotions to heal your soul:
1. Take a long deep breath, forgive yourself and forgive. Stop suffering for what has already happened.
2. Evaluate yourself and understand that the important thing is not what happens to us, but how we allow ourselves to be affected.
3. Focus your attention on your health, reconnect with your inner being, look for what gives you peace and live in the present.
